4 Easy Ways To Look Younger
These techniques are easy, inexpensive, satisfying. They are not always instant, but they are good for you and your body.

When we talk about aging on our face we talk about wrinkled skin, sagging skin, crows feet, wrinkles around the mouth and crows feet around the eyes. Regardless of your age there are proven ways to tone facial skin and soften wrinkled skin.

1. The most common sense solutions are to avoid sun and to avoid a drying diet. Smoking and it’s nicotine are very hard on the skin.

2. Also, drinking Caffeine (coffee, some teas–green tea is an exception, cola drinks), and alcohol in excess is very hard on the skin. Low water intake is also can cause premature aging of the skin. Simple dietary changes that you can make now and maintain through your lifetime will have help your skin keep it’s youthful beauty–and help you to repair what already has occurred to your skin. Check in with your local professional spa, heath food store, and naturopath .

3. The sag and slack of your skin is commonly due to lack of muscle tone. It is not unusual for people to take years off appearance through regular exercise. You must be sure to get medical clearance and advice from your doctor before starting. A good trainer who is experienced with people of your age, health, and body type can be of great help. You can locate these people at a gym or spa can help you get started on a supervised toning program. Swimming is a tough call because of the drying that is caused by chlorine in the pool.
